For example, with Backupify, you can't search users, you just page through them up to 10 at a time. However, after the acquisition by Datto, I realized some primitive things were never going to be improved. Now, we do make our own manual backups here and there, but those get outdated and are also slow to restore from. With the amount we rely on G Suite, we know we needed an external backup solution.
